ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS
O ur T-shirts are made using the best garments available supplied by B&C Collection or Fruit Of The Loom. All our shirts are 100% combed cotton (soft touch), pre-shrunk, twin needle stiched, tubular construction (no wash distortion) and have lycra weaved collars. Ladies fitted tshirts are made by GILDAN. We do not use inferior brands or materials.
PAYMENT - we prefer payment by PayPal , but will also accept cheques, postal orders or cash.
We appreciate prompt payment and look forward to your business in the future.
POSTAGE - We will process your order as soon as it is confirmed and paid. Your tee will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class unless you specify a different option. Please note that Royal Mail 1st class is not a guarenteed next day and allow 3 to 5 days for your item to arrive. We also offer Royal Mail Next Day special delivery service if required. (* note that some colours might not be available for next day delivery as we do not stock some of the less popular colours). For international orders please allow at least 15 days before contacting us. Most destinations will be delivered within 5 days, but occasionally it can take up to 21 days depending on country.
FEEDBACK - Our feedback is automated to leave you positive feedback as soon as we receive positive feedback from you. Please DO NOT leave NEGATIVE or NEUTRAL feedback without contacting us first incase you are unhappy with your order. We will endevour to resolve any problem to your full satisfaction.
RETURNS -We offer a no-fuss refund upon return. If you would like to change size that's no problem. We take customer service seriously as you can see from our feedback.
